Your registration fee gives you access to both days of the in-person symposium, October 1-2, 2026 at Arvest Convention Center in downtown Tulsa.

In addition, you will be able to access all breakout and keynote sessions post-event to earn additional CEUs.

Registration must be paid in full before the start of the conference, October 1, 2026.

Early Bird Price  - $500 | Active through July 14, 2026

Standard Price - $550 | July 15 - August 31, 2026

Late Registration - $600 | September 1- October 1, 2026

We are pleased to offer undergraduate and graduate students virtual post-event access to all recorded content. A student pass is $50.

Michael W. Brose Community Scholarship

Mental Health Association Oklahoma is pleased to offer a limited number of scholarships to the 2026 Zarrow Mental Health Symposium.

The award of this scholarship is based on financial need, with priority consideration given to those who live with a mental illness, are related to someone who is impacted, or who work professionally in the mental health field. All individuals are welcome to apply and will be considered. Applications must be submitted by September 1, 2026.

refunds & cancellations

Discounts must be applied at the time of registration and are not eligible for a partial refund.

A complete refund for conference registration will be made only if written notification is made to Mental Health Association Oklahoma on or before September 7th, 2026. There will be a $50 cancellation fee for all refunds requested after September 7th.  

No refunds will be granted for cancellations made after September 14th, 2026. Registration fees are not transferable to future events.
