ceu tracking
As long as you are logged in and watching sessions in Whova, the system will track your time spent and calculate your CEUs up to the maximum allowed per session. Certificates will be emailed by Friday, October 24th.
If you have not received your CEU certificate, contact us at zarrowsymposium@mhaok.org.
To find an estimate of how many CEUs you have received, reference the agenda to see how many CEUs sessions are worth.
additional ceus available
Attendees have the opportunity to view archived session recordings for a limited time after the event for additional CEUs, thanks to the virtual format.
To receive an updated CEU certificate after viewing recorded sessions post-event, submit this online form. Recorded sessions must be viewed by November 17th to receive additional CEU credit. We will send updated CEU certificates in early December.
Please note, credit will be awarded based on the time spent viewing a session recording which is how our system tracks participation. Even if you view a full 60- or 90-minute session but do so by watching that session at an increased playback speed, you will only receive credit for the amount of time you spent watching the recording as captured in the log file.
Session time may only be accrued up to the posted value of a session, even if viewed multiple times. Updated certificates will indicate which sessions were viewed post-conference from the session recordings.
