Full conference registration

The 2023 Zarrow Mental Health Symposium will be hosted virtually.
More information about our virtual platform will be available during the summer of 2023.

Your full conference registration fee gives you access to all 3 days of the live Symposium, September 20-22. In addition, we will record all breakout and keynote sessions that you will be able to access post-event to earn additional CEUs.

Early Bird Price - $160 | Active through August 14, 2023

Full Price - $200 | Active through September 11, 2023

After September 11, full conference registration will be $225.

STUDENT DISCOUNT

We are happy to offer a registration rate of $50 for current undergraduate or graduate students. To access the student discount, please fill out the form here. Contact JoBeth Hamon at jhamon@mhaok.org or 405.898.8704 with any questions.

GROUP DISCOUNTS

Groups of 5-9 receive a rate of $144 per registration and groups of 10+ receive a rate of $136 per registration.

REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS

A complete refund for conference registration will be made only if written notification is made to Mental Health Association Oklahoma on or before September 6, 2023. There will be a $50 cancellation fee for all refunds requested after September 6.

No refunds will be granted for cancellations made after September 15. Registration fees are not transferable to future events.
